Shipping policy

Delivery: We aim to ship your package between 2-3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends).

Pickup: No pickup is available at this stage unless organised privately. 

Shipping carrier: All of our packages are delivered via NZ Post for New Zealand and are charged via their carrier services. For more info on NZ Post, click this link here. All Australian orders are via DHL Express. Click this link here for more information.

Bay of Plenty region: $6.00
Bay of Plenty (rural address): $12.00
North Island (outside of BOP): $14.00
South Island: $14.00
North Island (outside of BOP - rural address): $20.00
South Island (rural address): $20.00

Pricing for international shipping to Australia
Set rate of NZD 100.00 for all states in Australia - unfortunately, due to the size of our koikoi we are required to pay an oversize fee for international orders. We'll try our best to reduce this pricing for you where we can. 

Tracking your package: Your tracking number will be sent as soon as your delivery is on it's way to you. To track your order, copy the number and enter it here for New Zealand orders and here for Australian orders.
