Delivery: We aim to ship your package between 2-3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends).

Pickup: No pickup is available at this stage unless organised privately.

Shipping carrier: All of our packages are delivered via NZ Post for New Zealand and are charged via their carrier services. For more information on NZ Post, click this link. All Australian orders are via DHL Express. Click here.

Pricing for international shipping to Australia
Set rate of NZD 90.00 for all states in Australia - unfortunately, due to the size of our koikoi, we are required to pay an oversize fee for international orders. We'll try our best to reduce this pricing for you where we can.

Tracking your package: Your tracking number will be sent as soon as your delivery is on its way to you. To track your order, copy the number and enter it here for New Zealand orders and here for Australian orders.

Custom Colours or Design Themes – We can match your kaupapa or rōpū colours, and tailor designs to suit your needs.
Flexible Turnaround Times – We’ll work with your timeline, though we recommend ordering 4–6 weeks in advance for larger orders.

Delivery

Once complete, we’ll ship your order nationwide.

Review

We'll touch base to see how you like your taonga and ask for a review and testimonial.
